W. Reynolds Allen

W. Reynolds Allen was born and raised in Hardee County, Florida. He attended Stetson University from which he received his BA in History. He went on to earn his JD from University of Florida. Reynolds served in the United States Army from 1964 through 1972 in both reserve and active duty status. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers for over twenty years in both labor and employment. His career has included appearances in the 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and DC Circuit Courts of Appeal and the US Supreme Court.

Now, Reynolds focuses his practice on mediation. He is a US District Court Middle District of Florida Mediator as well as a Florida Supreme Court Designated civil circuit mediator. He also serves as a PERC (Public Employment Relations Commission) Special Magistrate and on the Board of Hillsborough Kids, Inc.

He is married to Louise Booth Allen, has two children, John Reynolds and Jessica Allen and five grandchildren.
