Dan Kalter is an associate at Allen Norton & Blue’s Tampa Office. He represents public and private sector employers for their labor and employment law issues. Dan has represented clients in federal and state court, as well as in front of administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Florida Commission on Human Relations, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Dan received his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law, cum laude, in 2020 and his bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University in 2017. Prior to beginning with Allen Norton & Blue, Dan worked for a boutique labor and employment firm representing employees in a wide array of employment-related claims.

Outside of the office, Dan enjoys watching and playing soccer and attending concerts.
