Liana is a problem-solving litigator who has practiced throughout Florida in state and federal court. She also has experience representing clients in arbitration before the American Arbitration Association and in grievance arbitrations.

 Her practice focuses on representing and defending public and private-sector employers in a range of labor and employment law. This includes litigation relating to employment discrimination and retaliation, as well as traditional labor matters dealing with employee discipline and discharge.
