Alexander “Alex” Cumming is an Attorney at Allen Norton & Blue’s Orlando Office. He focuses his practice on representation of public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. This includes representing employers in employment discrimination claims, retaliation claims, whistleblower actions, and challenges to employee discipline and discharge. Alex also represents clients in grievance arbitrations, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and other traditional labor law matters.
