Marty Ebenger is an associate at Allen Norton & Blue’s Orlando Office. Before joining the firm, Marty represented clients in a variety of civil insurance defense matters. He also has previously defended employers in worker’s compensation claims. Now, he represents public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. This includes claims involving employment discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower actions, and challenges to employee discipline and discharge. A significant portion of Marty's practice also includes representing clients in grievance arbitrations and unfair labor practice proceedings, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and other traditional labor law matters.
