Brandon Gonzalez is an Associate Attorney at the Miami office of Allen Norton and Blue, where he focuses his practice on labor and employment law. Brandon brings extensive litigation experience to his role, having served as a prosecutor for over three years at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. During that time, he managed a broad spectrum of felony cases and successfully brought more than two dozen cases to trial.
Brandon's background as a prosecutor has equipped him with strong courtroom advocacy skills, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of complex legal proceedings. His ability to analyze facts, assess risk, and present persuasive arguments continues to serve him well in representing both public and private sector clients.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he received a Merit Scholarship, was an editor for the International Arbitration Journal, participated in the International Moot Madrid Competition, and received recognition for exception performance in the Immigration and Wills and Trust Clinic receiving the meritorious Pro Bono Award for his outreach in the community. Brandon is admitted to practice in Florida, including the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
A native Spanish speaker, Brandon is committed to serving clients from diverse backgrounds. His language skills and cultural fluency enable him to communicate effectively and navigate matters involving Spanish-speaking clients and witnesses.
